Return Policy
All products are eligible for a SAME DAY return with full refund. Otherwise, all products can be returned for an exchange or store credit WITHIN 7 DAYS of purchase, given that they are in the same condition as when purchased.
Original receipt must be presented for all returns. Products may be exchanged only once, no returns applicable on products purchased with store credit or exchange.
Warranty Policy
Select products qualify for an automatic guarantee warranty, this is known as our Nursery stock**. Annual, Tropical, and Perennial stock is not guaranteed.

Nursery stock is guaranteed for one year* from date of purchase AFTER being transplanted INTO THE GROUND. Perennials must be planted into the ground long enough before winter so that their roots can settle deep enough to stay warm.
Guarantees can only be redeemed on DEAD plants.
The original receipt AND dead plant must be presented as proof of purchase in order to redeem a guarantee.
Nursery stock will be replaced only once and is eligible for an equivalent replacement or a store credit. Replacements and other products bought with a guarantee credit will not be guaranteed.
*Rose bushes, Rhododendrons, and Azaleas are NOT guaranteed over winter, only until the end of October of year of purchase.
**Nursery stock purchased at a discounted price or through the Wholesale department will not receive a guarantee.
Why these plants?
Our Nursery stock contains select perennials that can tolerate the harshness of the winter better than other other perennials may. These plants are characterized by woodier stems that lend them strength in the cold. We are confident they will thrive in your garden, this is why we have given them a 1 year* guarantee of life!
Final Sale
Perennials and Nursery products purchased with a discount are final sale, and will NOT receive a guarantee warranty.
