Extremely Hot Pepper. Originally from the South Easy Region of Trinidad. The peppers have a fruit like flavour that is hard to notice because of the intense heat
Butch T Trinidad Scorpion
Up to 1,400,000 Scoville Units
Extremely Hot Pepper that is an American off shoot of the original Trinidad Scorpion pepper. Fruits change from green to orange to red. Again, fruity flavour that is masked by intense heat.
Naga Viper
Up to 1,300,000 Scoville Units
A combination of 3 of the hottest chillies. Although shape may vary from pepper to the next, the heat doesn’t.

A close relative of the Bhut Jolokia from India. Peppers are slightly smaller but just as intense in flavour and heat.

This pepper gets it’s name from the fact that 1 Pepper is hot enough to spice 7 pots of stew. Hard to say what the taste is since the heat is so extreme. Instant heat as soon as you bite into it.
Caribbean Red Habanero

The hottest of the habanero family. Don’t be fooled by the red color of habanero. Caribbean Red is the hottest of all the red habanero. Smooth flesh and fruity hot taste.
Trinidad Congo Habanero

One of the largest habanero style peppers. Thick skinned meaty peppers with a somewhat smoky and fruity flavour. Intense heat from start to finish.

Thick walled pepper with fruity taste and a habanero heat punch. Great for salsa or hot sauces.
Chocolate Habanero

Scotch Bonnet AKA Jamaican Hot Pepper

The pepper that flavours just about any Caribbean Island dish. Very hot but full of flavour.
Wiri Wiri

Originally from Guyana, this 1/2” round pepper packs a punch of heat. Fruity tasting round peppers will stand upright on the plant changing from green to orange then to red. Late ripening variety that is a favourite in sauces.
