Ingredients:
15 ice cubes
2 oz. Gin
1 1/2 oz. Ghost Pepper Simple Syrup
1 tsp. Grapefruit zest
Directions:
Put 10 ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour gin and Ghost Pepper Simple Syrup and shake vigorously. Fill rocks glass with remaining ice. Using strainer, pour liquid over ice in glass. Grate fresh grapefruit rind over top of drink and prepare to have your mind blown!
